- The 30 day trial starts the day you sign up. If you cancel within the first 30 days you will not be charged a thing. The day after your trial ends, you will be charged the amount of your currently selected plan. If you are on the free plan, you will not be charged anything. You can change your plan any number of times within the first 30 days without being charged a thing. We do not prorate for partial months.
- Yes. You can change your plan at anytime under your account page. You will not be charged if you change your plan until your next billing cycle occurs. You will have access to all the features of the new plan immediately upon the changing of your plan. We do not prorate for partial months.
- Sure. You can cancel your plan at any time and you will not get charged again. Your account will immediately be deleted if you cancel your plan.
- No way. Morale is a service that is paid for on a per month basis. There are no long term commitments, sign up fees, cancellation fees, or any hidden fees what-so-ever. You can cancel your service at any time without any future charges.
- Yes. You can sign up for multiple Morale accounts with your current email address or a different email address if you prefer.
- We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Currently, we only accept secure online credit card payments. We do not accept PayPal payments or purchase orders. We do not accept payments via the phone or fax.
- Internet Explorer 9 and higher, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4 and higher, and Chrome 4 and higher. Morale takes advantage of the most recent browser technology so other browsers may work but the experience may not be optimal. Morale does not and will not support Internet Explorer 6.

- It depends on the plan that you selected for your account. Each plan has a number of users you can invite ranging from one to unlimited. They can be spread across many different projects under your account.
- Yes. People that have access to multiple projects within an account are treated as a single user within that account.
- An account owner is a user within an account who has access to change the billing information, manage projects, and manage users. There is only one account owner assigned to an account and all of it's projects.
